Welcome to Tabby Town USA, Inc.

We are a proud Nonprofit, No-Kill, No-Declawing Cat Rescue in Westby, WI. Tabby Town cats reside underfoot with Marie Glover and her husband, Ted, and in many loving foster homes. With the help of wonderful volunteers, Tabby Town has rescued almost 6,000 cats and kittens since their inception in 2003!

Our Mission Statement

“To establish Tabby Town as a distinctive cat rescue where adoptable cats and kittens will live with affection and in comfort until they are adopted, and where unwanted elderly and disabled cats can reside with dignity, surrounded by love, until they pass on. Tabby Town is proud to oppose the declawing of cats and to inform people of the reasons why it should be banned. Tabby Town is dedicated to educating people about the importance and urgent need to spay and neuter their pets, and offering assistance to help control the overpopulation, and subsequent suffering, of cats.”
